While KAST doesn't issue tokens and deceives users, TRIA consistently updates the platform and I think in terms of actual utility it has the best usability aside from CEX cards. CEX cards are good too but have some deposit barriers, and EtherFi is good too but when you calculate everything through, TRIA is much better. When the Pokemon gacha came out last time I got early access approval and ranked 4th overall, but the odds were so bad I said something, and this time they released it with some improvements. I'll try card farming again soon, and hopefully something good comes out this time? This time it's a public open so anyone can participate. Right now if you participate with the Tria wallet you get 1% cashback, and when the Tria card opens soon you'll be able to do gacha with 6% cashback. A new points system called Aurora is being applied but I don't know what rewards yet. I'll keep using it well until they give cashback, but $TRIA price go up please!
2/ <Core summary of Blockworks' Citrine portfolio evaluation> Summarized in one sentence: "Citrine's chosen investment themes are generally good, but you must distinguish between protocols that actually earn money and their token value, and some positions are oversized." Critique of individual holdings - HYPE: One of the most positively evaluated holdings. Highly praised for generating revenue across multiple financial businesses - DRV (Derive): Promising on-chain options market, but 10% allocation is excessive given high valuation relative to revenue and low liquidity - ETHFI (EtherFi): High growth potential in card payments and neobank business - AAVE: Leading DeFi lending representative, but competition from Morpho and others must be considered - ENA (Ethena): Potential for significant growth in bull markets, but questionable whether the high-yield, subsidy-driven growth model can continue as in the past - SOL: General agreement it's a good blockchain, but controversial whether it's the best token for this investment theme. Summarizing rough takeaways: 1. Good business and good token are different 2. Must separate current revenue from future expectations 3. HYPE is not a token investing in one specific business but a vehicle investing simultaneously across multiple on-chain financial businesses
