    AlGAT really isn't the type to follow this person's favorite picks or promote them as a super trader or anything like that, but because this person views the market with a somewhat super negative lens, they're sometimes useful for waking you up when you've been stuck in longs. Most of their opinions are short or bearish, but some of the content does contain valid points so I often reference it. (AlGAT was originally a young person who used and loved GMX a lot)

    Among Perp DEX on Solana, Jupiter made a sidechain for expansion and effectively left Sol, and GMtrade merged with GMX so it's expanding multichain, making positioning ambiguous within Solana? Among well-known names there's Phoenix as Solana native and Bulk Trade left, and I actually met the Phoenix team and founders and got good vibes from them (direct Solana Foundation backing). Haven't met Bulk yet so no info on them. So I'm planning to bet on Phoenix, which attracted $23M in funding as Toly angel investment, as my Solana farming destination (they say points will launch soon).

    Looking at how LLP operates these days again, there was a pretty important update in August. On August 13, Lighter officially announced that LLP now holds Spot inventory and has started basis trading using Spot and Perp. https://x.com/Lighter_xyz/status/2087714011135566272 Simply put, LLP holds ETH spot while supplying Spot liquidity, and hedges with an opposite position in Perp. For example, if you take ETH spot long + ETH Perp short, you reduce directional exposure while capturing Spot MM spread + Spot/Perp basis + funding if positive, even short funding fees. In fact, as of September 25, 16.6% of LLP funds, about $12.72M, were allocated to Spot Strategy. This is different from other major perp DEX vaults in one way—HLP and dYdX MegaVault basically focus on Perp MM, liquidations, and funding, while JLP and GMX do hold spot assets but function more as a backup pool for Perp. LLP, on the other hand, explicitly stated it runs Spot liquidity provision and Spot/Perp basis trading as its own vault strategy. If the old LLP felt like a simple MM + liquidation vault, now it seems much closer to a multi-strategy vault running Spot MM + Perp hedge/Basis + Funding opportunities + Liquidation. I had LLP staked myself, and now I feel I understand how it's broadening its revenue sources better than before. Vlad, you'll push $5 back up again, right? Please
