[Recall Foundation Ends Project Operations...RECALL Announces 35.86% of Total Supply Burn] AI agent evaluation infrastructure project Recall (RECALL) foundation announced on the 31st via official X that it decided to end project operations and liquidation due to lack of business viability. Accordingly, approximately 358.65 million RECALL tokens directly held or controlled by the foundation will be burned, which corresponds to 35.86% of total supply. There is no redemption for token holders or distribution of remaining foundation assets, and the approximately $3.7 million held by the foundation will be used for creditor payment and liquidation costs. The foundation's web application will switch to read-only starting November 30, and staking amounts are excluded from burn targets. As of CoinMarketCap, RECALL is trading at 0.02925 dollars, down about 24.26%. -CoinNews

🐈 Shutting down unprofitable projects early might be... seeing RECALL Foundation's project operation shutdown news, I actually thought this decision might be more realistic. Looking at the crypto market, there are many projects with solid tech and grand visions but no real answer to how they'll make money. Of course, not all projects can generate revenue from the start... But when you know there's no business model yet you survive on investment funds and keep creating new hopes, is that really the right direction? Ultimately, a project is a business, and as a business, it needs to eventually make its own money and survive. Rather, quickly acknowledging and wrapping up when viability looks impossible could be a responsible choice. Of course, responsibility to investors and community doesn't disappear in that process. Watching various projects, what I feel is that I'd like to see more projects doing real business than those just surviving long. A prime example is $HYPE. There might be a few others, but I hope more projects like HYPE emerge and truly do proper business. That way money will ultimately circulate through crypto and alts. 😊😊 Have a good weekend!
