Review of KBW by someone who goes out only once a year
Finally, the 10-day schedule is all wrapped up 🏃
This KBW was especially satisfying for me because I got to meet teams I was originally interested in and had in-depth coin conversations at every meeting. Thankfully, the MetaMask event I was invited to had a great venue, and the team members were extremely proactive with feedback (there were several interpreters as well), so I could comfortably share everything I wanted to say. Solana invited me to both Frontier and Phoenix; of course we talked about Puff, but since I started with Solana NFTs and have been active ever since, the old stories were fun too. With the UMIA and Button teams that I’ve been continuously interested in recently, we had many conversations that make me look forward to upcoming news! Outside the official events, I also reached out via DM to teams I was curious about and set up meetings—glad I did that. I also met teams like Derive (on-chain options) and Hyperdash (Hari-based analytics/trading tool) whose products I really like and use, and I had lots of great conversations with Steve from Populus, whom I’d wanted to meet. I originally planned to write daily recaps from the accommodation every night, but after doing activities I don’t usually do, I ran out of energy and failed… Still, I’ve organized a lot of what I wanted to say, so I’ll post them one by one starting today lol
